What we do?
At the core of TATO is a business model that needs to generate revenue in order to survive. This is done through project-based work (service as a product) with a clear starting date and a clear date of delivery. Each project is an opportunity for a team of workers to create value and improve their capabilities - they are providing a service, receiving feedback from the client/each other and reflecting on how to improve next time.
